Sarah Pochin, Reform Member of Parliament. A World Cup Bigot.

 On June 17th, England played Croatia at the 2026 World Cup for men’s football in Dallas, Texas, and they secured an excellent 4-2 result.

The following day June 18th Reform MP Sarah Pochin released a short video on X where she claimed that men’s violence against women goes through the roof when England lose and that the team must keep winning for women’s safety!

On any scale of stupidity, Sarah Pochin MP is a world champion for making this totally false claim on video and then defending it. Or a complete bigot!

Every time there is an international football tournament, the myriad Domestic Violence charities in Britain start to repeat this totally false claim, and they usually acquire a dummy of an MP to make this claim. This time, the good obedient poodle of convenience is our friend Sarah Pochin, Reform Member of Parliament for Runcorn and Helsby, in Cheshire, England.

And here is the evidence as to just how fatuous this claim is.

In 1993 a coalition of women's groups in California held a press conference and declared that Superbowl Sunday was the biggest day of the year for violence against women. They claimed there was a 38% increase in DV from male fans against female partners/wives when their teams lost and a 26% increase when their team won. There was no mention of a draw due to the fact that draws don't happen in American football, apparently.

NBC aired a national broadcast public service announcement advising women about this.

When a Washington Post journalist Ken Ringle tried to validate the story, he found it was wrong.

The researchers were led by Prof Janet Katz, a professor of sociology and criminal justice. Ringle discovered that the report was fabricated. The alleged source of the claim Professor Patrick Ewing said he'd never made this claim.

Ken Ringle, the Washington Post journalist found no evidence whatsoever to support the assertion including asking women's help lines and shelters for evidence. Their evidence proved to be fabricated.

However, the UK DV charities have regularly used this false claim every time England play at world or European cups. The BBC and many other UK outlets have dutifully repeated this totally false claim as fact.

 The warped ideology of anti-male hate always requires more funding via more lurid claims, irrespective of the at times catastrophic effect on the innocent, especially innocent children.

The craziest part here is that Sarah Pochin, a Reform MP and staunch Brexiteer, is actually undermining British Sovereignty and advocating European Union rules which Britain signed up to in 2022, six years after a 1.3 million majority had voted for Brexit. I am referring to the Istanbul Convention which demands that all states in the Council of Europe (EU) have to prioritise violence against women. What about equality?

The Office of National Statistics March 2025 states that Domestic violence in the UK is committed by female perpetrators on male victims at 40%, and that male perpetrators on female victim is a figure of just over 60%.

Sarah Pochin has boasted on video that she will stop violence by men against women.

What a pity she cannot assist male victims from female domestic violence in her constituency because of her blind anti male bigotry.

Sarah Pochin made this horribly false claim two days before Father’s Day.  That is a time when many dads falsely separated from their children due to false allegations facilitated and promoted by the embedded and vast UK female only domestic violence industry commit suicide. The Daily Telegraph in 2012 had an article by Martin Daubney demonstrating how and why so many men especially fathers commit suicide. Estimates vary but, in the UK, around 900 dads per annum commit suicide post-divorce or separation.

The UK has by far the worst outcomes for children post-divorce or separation mainly because of a hideously outdated belief that men should not care for children and that mothers will never harm their children. And yet, more children are killed by mothers that fathers every year in the UK. Anyone who disagrees with my statements please verify before complaining but I suggest that you start with the British Medical Journal.

The UK has eight Government departments focused solely on women’s issues, and none for men!

The departments are:

1.      A Minister for women.

2.      A Minister for women and equality.

3.      A Minister of Justice for women to look after their interests.

4.      A Minister for women’s prisons.

5.      A Minister for women’s health.

6.      An ambassador to further address women’s health.

7.      A Minister to oversee girls’ education.

8.      A Minister for safeguarding and violence against women and girls.

All of the above ministries have women in charge who network assiduously and always assert that men are the problem for women and girls.

What is the combined cost of the above Ministries, and I believe that this huge expenditure severely reduces the UK defence budget allowance.

Reform as a political party has achieved stunning success in only a few years since it’s inception. Nigel Farage MP has been a charismatic leader and many people including me have joined the party and campaigned vigorously at local and national elections.

We believed that finally the British stale uni-party system had real opposition from a party that put the country before the party and the polls reflected this countrywide.

Sadly, I cannot find any evidence that either Nigel Farage or Reform HQ is correcting Sarah Pochin for her 100% wrong and disgusting comments.

It appears that respect for sovereignty, for equality, for children’s welfare, for a meaningful defence system is secondary to gender politics for Reform and Sarah Pochin.
